Tenant Information

Our residential letting team can assist you with finding a property to rent. The department provides a personal and confidential service whichever property you are looking to rent. Finding the right property can be difficult and our residential lettings department understands the importance of finding the right property to suit you. 

Firstly, you will need to complete a registration form, please click below to do this. We will then log your details and requirements and new properties will be emailed to you as details are added. We may also contact you regarding any new or forthcoming properties available

Viewing a Property

If you are interested in viewing a property, use the online booking enquiry form under the relevant property or please contact the office on 01568 610310.

References

References will be taken up on behalf of the landlord. This includes references from an employer, former landlord and a personal reference.

A credit reference will also be undertaken using the services of an independent reference company. Please note, where a tenant is unable to meet the required income or credit checks, a guarantor may be used to underwrite the rent liabilities.

If you have viewed a property recently and wish to make an application, please download the credit application form below and return it to the office, along with payment of £40 (per person) for the process. Please note that a cash payment will speed up the process.
