Single Farm Payments & Entitlements

John Amos & Co have been at the forefront of assisting farmers and landowners through the difficulties of the introduction of the single payment scheme over the last few years.The system has been fraught with problems but we have always endeavoured to help clients find appropriate solutions.

With the experience gained from assisting in the completion of over 300 applications annually, we do understand problems. Any issues in England or Wales can be tackled quickly and easily by our experienced team. The department can also deal with your needs for trading entitlements, by auction or private treaty.

 

Entitlement Trading

 
The current trading period for the 2010 Single Farm Payment claim year is again upon us with brisk business being conducted both for sellers and purchasers of Single Farm Payment Entitlements of varying values.
 
Basic Entitlements with no added historic value are currently trading from £155-£165 per hectare. (English lowland OSDA).
 
There are readily a supply of purchasers available to purchase entitlements on varying values, even though those with high historic values are more difficult to place and at a decreased rate, we are still finding buyers for these Entitlements.
