Lots 5 and 6 were sold on behalf of a deceased Estate in Kington and both attracted plenty of interest.  Spring Cottage, a two bedroom cottage for renovation sold at the guide price of £140,000, whilst 62 Bridge Street a shop with a flat above had tremendous interest and more than doubled the guide price of £30,000 by reaching a sale price of £62,000!

Lot 7 a 3 bedroom modern cottage with an agricultural restriction was withdrawn just below the guide price of £225,000 and is now available by Private Treaty.

After the Sale, Auctioneer John Amos said ‘We have had a great year for auction sales.  There has been more interest all year and this has been reflected in packed auction rooms and plenty of bidders.  This year we have seen 47 Lots so far through the auctions and sold over £5.8 million worth of Land and Property across Herefordshire, Shropshire, Worcestershire and Powys.’
