Double Success in Property Exams in Local Company

John Amos & Co, a firm of Chartered Surveyors, Land and Estate Agents based in Leominster are pleased to announce that two of it’s members of staff have gained qualifications.

 
James Garibbo and Gemma Davies who share their time in the Company’s busy Mid Wales and Leominster offices have passed exams in Residential Sales and Lettings respectively. James has gained his NFOPP Technical Award in the Sales of Residential Property. This award enables James to become a Member of the National Association of Estate Agents (MNAEA), the largest professional body for property agents.
 
Gemma has passed her NFOPP Technical Award in Residential Letting and Property Management. This award enables Gemma to become a member of ARLA, the Association of Residential Lettings.
